One place the airfield could be memorilazed is on the south 200 feet of the NOAA property. Perhaps NOAA would lease a section to the Navy Museum and provide more parking space for Magnuson Park, when the Air Field was not locked up.

Magnuson Park does provide space for moders to fly their plane;
however this area provides more space to fly, so the planes do fly over other people.
