FIRST: was the successful controlled and Powered Flight of the Wright Brothers plane on December 17, 1903. SECOND: was the First Around The World Flight completed on September 28, 1924. THIRD: was the First Man Landing on the Moon on July 20, 1969.

It is a kick off program for creation of a  New Museum .... plus .... The soon to be listing of the Naval Station on the State and Federal List of Historic Sites. The Around the World Flight and Landing on the Moon could not have been completed without the Support of the U. S. Navy. .... The planes that flew around the world were developed from the rugged Navy torpedo-carrying float plane. The landing on the moon was supported on it's return by Navy recovery ships which usually included a carrier and an oiler. The oiler carried the required logistics aboard to complete such a mission.
